Half the fun of blogging is getting comments from friends and family, and i even enjoy getting random comments from people i dont know who have stumbled upon my blog somehow. Today i got an email alerting me that someone had added a comment to one of my posts. it read:

Something else to ponder...If a cat is thrown out onto the street...is is considered "kitty litter"?
now i kinda wished that when you get an email alert it would tell you which post that person is commenting about, after not too much searching i realized it was the post with the cat in space. Who ever wrote that comment, you are now officially my favorite anonymous commenter ever.

I do have to admit that was me. I was just looking through your archives and came across your cat post in March and got me thinking of a 'quote' that I heard a few years back.

I got a call from Phil's high school teacher a couple of years ago because of what Phil had put down on his assignment of Family Heritage. Under 'family motto' he put "A good cat is a dead cat". The teacher was a bit concerned but I assured her that that was indeed our family motto! I'm surprised she didn't phone the authorities to report us.
